Position Summary:
To receive, store and deliver retail product for the resort to various outlets.
Essential Functions:
Inspect delivery truck – tires, lights, mirrors, life gate – Tire pressure 85 lbs.
Note and report any mechanical issues and weekly milage
Inform Retail Manager and Lead if there are issues
Check for damage to exterior
Make sure all product is on correct cart before it goes on to truck
Deliver product to outlets
Acquire appropriate signatures as needed
Make sure product is delivered to appointed space at the outlet
Customer service attitude towards outlets
Note perishables
Assist with moving and storing furniture and accessories until used for projects
Maintain class E driver’s license
Maintain a safe driving record
Be able to back using mirrors only as well as drive in tight driving conditions
Assist when deliveries are complete on the warehouse floor
Assist in keeping warehouse clean and orderly
Fuel as needed
Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED
Class E License Required as well as a clean and safe driving record
Skills and Knowledge
Mathematical Skills – Basic math skills required
Computer Skills – Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software in a timely manner.
Other Skills and Abilities - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well with a team, effectively prioritize, and proceed with a sense of urgency and a real concern for guest satisfaction.
Multi-tasking must be second nature.
