JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruiter is responsible for, but not limited to, providing support to the Recruiting
Department.
They are someone who enjoys sales, has the confidence to field
recruitment phone calls, answer questions from current drivers, review background reports
(MVR, PSP), and take responsibility for retaining the best drivers in the industry.
This position
plays a significant role in driver selection and application processing.
We want the Recruiter to be proactive and competitive in nature while still being
able to thrive in a team environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Using a selling not telling approach, answer all inquiries from prospective applicants in a timely manner through outbound calls, texts, emails and other channels
Utilize Tenstreet applicant tracking platform to manage applicant pipeline
Ensure personal follow-up with all leads
Communicate with Recruiting leadership, relaying any friction that may delay the hiring process
Provide detailed hiring notes for each applicant selected or declined

This job operates in a professional office environment.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of recruiting or sales experience
Experience with Tenstreet ATS preferred
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to think and react quickly while maintaining a high rate of accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Self-starter, with the ability to set and communicate goals
