The City of Willard, Missouri is seeking qualified candidates for the position of City Clerk.
This position performs the duties listed below and provides assistance to the City’s administrative functions.
Major duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Providing administrative support to the Board of Alderman, the Mayor, and the City Administrator.
* Providing administrative support for the Planning and Zoning Commission and other City boards and commissions.
* Preparing for and attending all City Council meetings.
* Managing and maintaining the City’s official records.
* Providing assistance throughout the City’s plan review and development procedures.
* Performing public relation/liaison duties both at City Hall and on the telephone.
* This is a full time position which directly reports to the City Administrator.
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma as well as some college or managerial courses or experience.
Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) or Missouri Registered City Clerk (MRCC) credentials are preferred.
