The Cliffs at Long Creek Resort, located in Ridgedale, MO, is seeking a detail oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support the resort General Manager.
• Compensation: Starting at $17.
00-$18.
00 per hour, dependent upon experience
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday from 8A – 5PM

As an Administrative Assistant you are responsible for providing administrative support to the Resort Manager and support daily resort operations.
You are efficient and comfortable being a member of a team, possess the ability to multi-task while managing administrative support, organizational skills and you are a problem solver.
POSITION DETAILS:
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, forms, reports and legal documents, and submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Excellent phone skills, diplomacy, confidentiality, and professionalism to deal with issues of the utmost urgency and sensitivity.
• You have a minimum of two to three years of prior experience in an administrative role, performing general support to multiple individuals, including management.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as daily administrative duties in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
