Front Desk Concierge

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Concierge.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and making sure clients are comfortable while waiting for their technician.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner - Assist with booking appointments and manage the booking system - Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and other common areas of the salon - Coordinate with management and technicians to ensure smooth operations Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficient in computerized systems, including calendar management and administrative tasks - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities - Ability to type accurately and efficiently - Superior customer service Wenzel Salon is a hair salon on the south side of Springfield, Missouri.

Starting pay is 13/Hour.
This is a part time position.
Hours needed are Tuesday-Friday in the afternoons and evenings until 6 or 8 PM, and most Saturdays from 8:30AM until 5:00PM.
