Loyalty Specialist (Must Work Weekends)

Loyalty Program consists of: Insider Perks Program & At Home Credit Card.
You'll be responsible for driving this program on the register.
Must have proven track record of driving sales metrics along with experience on a register.
Cashier will be the final face of our outstanding customer service as they process guest transactions, keep a safe and clean work environment, and assist our operations team with tasks as required, including entryway cleanliness and cart management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provides customers a positive shopping experience with a smile and a can-do attitude.
Performs cashier duties accurately while processing all transactions per policy.
Maintains 5S standards (Sort, Straighten, Systematic cleanup, Standardize and Sustain) in the front end.
Responsible for keeping register and front-end area clean.
Retrieve shopping carts from parking lot as needed.
Ensures a safe working and shopping environment while minimizing shrink and damages.
Executes company directives, policies and procedures timely, accurately, and thoroughly.
