Come join our team! Now hiring an experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead our Coffee Shop Type on the campus of Drury University in Springfield, MO.
Our dream candidate is someone who is exceedingly passionate about coffee and creating incredible customer experiences.
Though some coffee, food and/or customer service experience is helpful it’s not everything we’re looking for.
We’re more interested in understanding your prior experience and how it led you to coffee, your work ethics, ability to learn quickly, and work smartly.
This position is a full-time hourly position with daytime hours, negotiable pay, and is a seasonal position in accordance with the school schedule.
Responsibilities Include:
Successfully manage a fast-paced café with an emphasis on personal and professional customer service
Promote a positive work environment, leading by example
Management of inventory, employee scheduling, and reporting
Coaching and Training a small team of Baristas
Qualifications:
Appreciation and working knowledge of coffee and specialty drinks
At least one year experience in a leadership role
Strong time management, problem solving, and communication skills
Previous experience within a branded coffee shop or high volume hospitality business
